Coming from Italy and traveling in Asia Linda found Jivamukti Yoga method in New York while searching for grounding and clarity. As a documentary photographer, her innate curiosities and interests in social dynamics brought her to face the deepest human quest- who are we?" Linda is a certified Jivamukti yoga teacher with 800 hours training under the guidance of Sharon Gannon, David Life and Nichole Nicholson Narayani. In 2010 Linda also completed 200 hours certification at Yogaworks. Coming from dance and athletic background, her vigorous sequences integrate daily learnings, world music and chanting to open the heart. Her classes are based on anatomical awareness, precise adjustments and developing balance between strength and alignment.
