Sharon Gannon and David Life are the founders of the Jivamukti Yoga

beings. One of the most popular styles of yoga practiced in the
world today, there are Jivamukti Yoga schools in the United States,
Canada, England, Germany, and Australia. Sharon and David, pioneers
in teaching yoga as spiritual activism, have been practicing yoga
and meditation for over 40 years. The Jivamukti Yoga method
emphasizes asana, vinyasa, scriptural study, devotion, prayer,
music, chanting, and meditation as well as animal rights, veganism,
