Maury Browning

Maury Browning was a yogi from an early age. Born at home, in St. Louis, Missouri, she began her first headstands at the age of three, when she would wake up and do yoga with Lilias Folan, on Lilias! Yoga And You on PBS. Her interest in yoga was re-sparked at age 19, when she apprenticed under an advanced Iyengar Certified Teacher in St. Louis. Her classes, while challenging, are frequently infused with a sense of humor and style that is all her own.

She wishes nothing more than to bow at the loving Lotus feet of her teachers, and give esteem thanks for the opportunity to embody and present these teachings.
