	Swedish Massage
	This massage consists of a variety of strokes with oil or cream that warms the skin, and muscles, and provides an increase of circulation throughout the body.
	Shiatsu Massage
	Shiatsu is a Japanese word meaning "finger pressure." It is an Eastern form of massage that works on balancing the energies of the body by accessing the body's energy channels (meridians). The session includes stretches, breath work and compression to the muscles. The client is fully clothed and there is no use of oils.
	Reflexology
	Reflexology is a method for activating the healing powers of the body. All points in our hands and feet connect to particular organs and body parts via nerves and meridians. By stimulating the circulatory, nervous systems, and meridians, reflexology helps rejuvenate our mental, emotional and physical well-being.
	Aromatherapy
	Essential oils from plants are used during massage to affect the body's systems (lymphatic, blood and immune). Carefully and individually selected oils can be helpful in healing physical, emotional, digestive, skin, respiratory and muscular problems.
	Lymphatic Skin Brushing
	This is a highly effective technique for cleansing the lymphatic system, which has a tremendous impact upon our health. It stimulates the circulation of the lymph flow and indirectly rejuvenates the blood, the immune system and the autonomic nervous system.
