March 6-13, 2004	2nd annual MEXICO WINTER RETREAT WITH KELLY MORRIS with Estelle Eichenberger and Alyssa Scheunemann Join senior teacher Kelly Morris on her 2nd annual "Mexico Winter Retreat", March 6-13, 2004, in Tulum, Mexico! Joining Kelly again this year is the gifted teacher Estelle Eichenberger as well as the lovely Alyssa Scheunemann assisting. Devote a week to deepening your understanding and practice of Jivamukti yoga. Begin each day with transformative chanting, inspired and informed spiritual talks, rigorous and detailed asana instruction and guided meditation work in 3 hour sessions. Learn how the sweaty, challenging practice can be a sacred expression of your highest aspirations. In the afternoons swim the Yucatan, hike the mayan ruins, explore the wild underground water caves, boat to coral reefs, cavort with our sea-dwelling brethren, dance, talk, sing or do nothing at all except lie still on the beach, work that tan and drift. This "Inner Experience" offers 2 Asana classes a day (1 Basic, and 1 Open), 1 morning meditation, and chanting in the evening (which she has developed at her stay at many Sivananda ashrams.)
