Last
year's Maha Kumbha Mela - a spiritual gathering held
every twelve years in India - was the largest gathering
of people recorded in human history. In honor of this
sacred event, this evening featured an opening puja
ceremony, screening of the documentary Nagas
of the Kumbha Mela (followed by a discussion
with the filmmakers), Indian Classical Dance with
Sarba Das & live music with DJ extraordinaire Cheb
i Sabbah.
