Shipping Policy

All shipping is via U.S. Postal Service Domestic and International Air Mail unless otherwise specified. Please allow 10-14 days for shipping and handling. For faster delivery, please indicate your preference- we can ship overnight, next day, second day and 3 day select. Unfortunately we cannot ship orders to a P.O. Box.

U.S. Domestic and Protectorates Shipping and Handling
$8.00 for the first item, plus a charge for each additional item depending on its weight. Additional charges may vary from twenty cents to one dollar per item. The total shipping and handling charge is calculated at the time of shipment. All New York residents are required to pay 8.65% sales tax.

International Shipping and Handling
$20.00 for the first item, plus a charge for each additional item depending on its weight. The actual total shipping and handling charge is calculated at the time of shipment. Please be aware that shipping prices vary depending on postal zones, and this variance will be reflected in your actual shipping and handling charge. All international orders are subject to an insurance fee determined by weight and destination.

Customs Information
There may be additional local customs or import duties once your order arrives in your country. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For example, an order containing both CDs and books may be listed as follows:

The recipient will be responsible for any additional custom or import duty charges that are levied in the destination country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information about the policies of your country.

Returns
Jivamukti will be happy to accept returns on most merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt, packing slip and reason for return. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on opened CDs, audio- tapes, videos and personal care products unless defective. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
